Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh, hygienic tiffins on time — every day. This page explains delivery zones, schedules, charges, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Lucknow city limits. Specific neighbourhoods covered: Matiyari, BBD, Semra, , Manas Garden, Tiwariganj and Goel areas. If your location is not on the list, please contact us — we may be able to add it.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Morning Delivery: 7:00 AM — 9:00 AM (breakfast / early lunch)
  • Afternoon Delivery: 12:00 PM — 2:00 PM (lunch)
  • Evening Delivery: 8:00 PM — 10:00 PM (dinner)

Exact time depends on the chosen plan and route. Please allow a 30–60 minute window for delivery due to traffic and route planning.

3. Order Cut-off & Preparation Time

To ensure freshness, please place or modify orders at least:

  • Same-day deliveries: by 8:00 PM the previous day for lunch/dinner next day.
  • Subscription orders: can be started/paused with 24 hours' notice.

4. Packaging & Food Safety

All tiffins are packed in food-grade containers. We follow strict hygiene protocols during preparation and packing. If you have specific packaging preferences (e.g., separate containers for chutney), please mention them when ordering.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery may be free for subscription plans (monthly/weekly) depending on the plan. For single orders, a small delivery fee may apply depending on distance. Exact charges are shown at checkout before payment.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails because no one was available at the address, our delivery partner will attempt a callback or redelivery. Actions depend on circumstances:

  • If redelivery is possible the same day, we will attempt it; extra delivery charges may apply.
  • If the customer is unavailable and redelivery cannot be arranged, the order may be cancelled and handled per our cancellation policy.

7. Change of Address & Special Instructions

To change delivery address or add instructions (e.g., gate code), update your order in the app/website or contact our support at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are allowed within the time mentioned on the checkout page. Refunds (if any) depend on payment method and time of cancellation. For more details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Lost or Damaged Food

If your tiffin arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with a photo. We will investigate and offer a suitable resolution — replacement or refund — depending on the case.
